R&B Communications Partners with Miners Health Clinic for System Administration Aug 23 2009 (Grass Valley, CA) - Local Miners Clinic is doing away with paper records and moving towards the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) which will allow the doctors and staff real-time data input with real-time access to patient information. This provide enhanced service to the patient with more accuracy. Miners Clinic chose R&B Communications for this migration due to their past performance in working with them and their commitment and expertise to system security and reliability. Miners Clinic is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary and preventive Health services to Nevada County residents regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status. Miners began as a vision of Dr. G.A. Dawkins who wanted to offer a "health safety net" to people in the community. He envisioned a health center that would offer top notch medical care, accept MediCal and Medicare, and offer a sliding fee for people with no health insurance. Thanks to the hard work of many people, Dr. Dawkin's vision became reality in 2001. Since then, Miners has expanded its services and its staff. We now offer health care to over 18,000 residents. Miners Clinic is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary and preventive Health services to Nevada County residents regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status. |
